Events Supporting Mental Health
Shine Out! Shout Out! Hockey Tournament
When: Saturday, September 10, 2022.
Where: Canlan Ice Sports, Oakville
Raising funds for the Just Be You peer-to-peer mental health support program for youth ages 15 to 25.

Knobby Tire Trek for Kids
When: September 17th & 18th 2022
Where: Tecasy Ranch, Trent Lakes
The Knobby Tire Trek for Kids is a family-friendly, mountain biking and hiking event raising money and awareness in support of children’s charities and programs. In 2019, funds raised were in support Camp Trillium and Just Be You.

Voice 4 Mental Health Collective: Advocating for Mental Health

Join our chorus of voices as we partner with like-minded individuals, agencies, groups, businesses, charities, and not-for-profits to learn about advocacy and to creating much-needed change to the mental health care landscape in Ontario, and across the country.

Jack.org Summits
When: Ongoing
Where: Across Canada
All across Canada: 152 Jack Chapters in every province and territory; 87 trained Jack Talk speakers delivering 250 Talks this year; a national Jack Summit bringing 200 of our student leaders from every province and territory together and 18 youth led Jack Regional Summits all across the country.

Jack.org: Jack Ride
When: End of May, 2023
Where: Caledon and Virtual
Before there was Jack.org, and our network of 3,500+ young people, 80 staff members, or any inkling of a national youth mental health movement…there was Jack Ride. Jack Ride is Canada’s largest, loudest, most powerful bike ride for youth mental health.
